1. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

iRate is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe community. Users must not upload, post, share, or distribute content that includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Violence, harmful, or disturbing content
  • Fake reviews or misleading information
  • Spam, scams, or promotional abuse
  • Illegal activities or unlawful content
  • Impersonation of another individual or business
  • Content violating intellectual property rights

iRate maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users.


2. Reporting Objectionable Content

Users may report inappropriate content, reviews, comments, or abusive behavior directly within the application. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.


3. Blocking Users

Users can block abusive or unwanted users at any time. Blocked users will no longer appear in feeds, comments, messaging, or user interactions.


4. Account Suspension & Termination

iRate reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate users who violate these Terms & Conditions, community standards, or Apple App Store Guidelines.


5. User Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content, reviews, comments, images, and information they upload or share. iRate does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.


6. Privacy & Data Usage

By using iRate, you acknowledge and agree that certain information, including device information and location data, may be collected to improve app functionality and user experience.


7. Location Services

iRate may use your location to display nearby restaurants, local recommendations, trending places, and personalized experiences.


8. Changes to Terms

iRate may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
